Do I need another web host?

No. SupaDupa is a fully hosted ecommerce website builder. All plans include our cloud hosting service, ensuring your site remains up under any amount of load. You do not need another hosting service with SupaDupa. It's a complete, fully managed package.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, at any time. This is handled automatically in your back office. When upgrading or downgrading your website plan, you will receive either a partial-month upgrade fee, or a partial-month refund depending on the cost of your new plan. So whether you are just starting your online store, or established and looking to scale up - you'll have the flexible to jump between our plans as and when your requirements change - easily.

How do I accept payments with SupaDupa commerce?

Your SupaDupa store comes ready for business, designed to make it simple to sell online. You can use your personal Paypal account and begin accept payments immediately. SupaDupa is also seamlessly integrated with a number of payments gateways: Barclays ePDQ Extra Plus, Braintree, SagePay and Stripe.

How do I sign up?

Click on the button above to get started. We don't collect your credit card until you've determined SupaDupa is a good fit for you. You can compare packages and pick one that fits your business in the Upgrades area of your store’s Back Office.

How do I cancel service?

Just email us and it's done. Canceling your SupaDupa store is an instantaneous and no questions asked process. It's done the minute we receive your request.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payments from MasterCard, Visa, and Visa Debit. We do not accept PayPal. Remember, you do not need to supply credit card details to start your store.

Do you provide domain names?

We do not. You will need to purchase your own domain name to use our custom domain feature. Pointing your domain over is easy and we are always on hand to help.
